Non-Alcoholic Christmas Drink Recipes

Are you tired of the same old soft drinks and fruit juices you drink each Christmas?

Why not try out these delicious Non-Alcoholic options that the WHOLE FAMILY can enjoy!


Durban Sunset

A handful of Ice
A Splash of Grenadine
1 cup Sprite soft drink
1 cup orange juice
Maraschino cherries or orange slices, for garnish (optional)

Place ice in 2 glasses. Add a splash of Grenadine to each glass. In a small pitcher or other container, stir the Sprite and orange juice together. Slowly pour over the Grenadine, dividing the mixture between the two glasses. Garnish with cherries or orange slices, if desired.


Orange & Blueberry Infused Water

A handful of Ice
A handful of Blueberries
6 cups of water
2 Oranges cut into wedges or slices
1 cup orange juice
Combine all ingredients in a jug and place in the fridge for 2 hours to allow the water to infuse. Serve cold


Sparkling Pear Surprise

2 cups of Pear juice
The juice of one Lemon
1/2 cup of Sugar
2 litres of Ginger Ale
Sliced fresh pear
Combine all ingredients in a jug and place in the fridge to chill. Serve cold. Garnish with fresh slices of pear.


Summer Fizz Mocktail


1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of water
1 fresh sprig of rosemary coarsely chopped

Add 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup sugar to a pot. Add rosemary. Bring to a simmer and cook until all sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Strain into a small resealable container. Let cool completely


1/4 cup pink grapefruit juice
2 tablespoons of rosemary simple syrup
2/3 cup of soda water or grapefruit soda
Rosemary Sprig for garnish
Grapefruit slice for garnish
Crushed ice
Pour grapefruit juice and simple syrup in a Tom Collins glass. Stir to mix. Fill glass with ice and top off with seltzer water. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of grapefruit

Pomegranate Cranberry Christmas

1 handful of Ice
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup sprite
Whole cinnamon sticks for garnish
Green coloured sugar for rimming the glass
Combine all ingredients in a jug and place in the fridge to chill. Serve cold. Garnish with whole cinnamon sticks and rim the glass with green sugar.
